    Common questions

    What file formats do you accept?
    We accept 2D drawings in PDF, DWG and DXF, and 3D models in STEP, IGES, Parasolid (X_T) and SLDPRT. Clear photos or a physical sample also work for reverse-engineering enquiries.
    Is there a minimum order quantity?
    No. We machine single prototypes, small pilot batches and repeat production orders. Per-piece pricing improves as quantities grow.
    How quickly will I receive a quotation?
    Most quotations are sent within one business day of receiving complete drawings and requirements. Complex assemblies may take slightly longer.
    Will my drawings be kept confidential?
    Yes. Your designs are used only to quote and manufacture your parts. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share detailed drawings.
    Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
    Yes — we dispatch across India through reliable logistics partners, with part-appropriate packaging to prevent damage and rust in transit.
